Overscroll Digital is run by SOFTWARECARAFT S.R.L. (CUI 51542766), Bucharest, Romania. This page summarises how we work. Every project also has a short written agreement, and if the two ever differ, the agreement applies.

Demos

A demo is a concept, built to show what your site could look like. It is not live, it is not your website, and it may use sample photos and placeholder text, which are labelled. Demo links are private and are removed after 90 days or when you ask.

Prices and payments

Your demo is free, and you owe nothing for it.
Plans are paid in 12 monthly instalments. The first is due when you ask us to build your site after seeing the demo. The second is due when your site is live and you have approved it. The remaining ten follow monthly.
2 rounds of changes are included before launch. Your site counts as approved when you say so in writing, or 7 days after we hand it over if no changes are outstanding.
If, after those rounds of changes, you decide not to approve the site, we refund your first instalment and you owe nothing more. The work stays with us.
Paying in full up front gives 10% off.
If an instalment is more than 15 days late, the site is paused until it is paid.
After the first year you can move to Hosting or Care, or take your site files and host them elsewhere.

Your domain and your site

Your domain is registered in your name from your first payment. The website itself (design and code) becomes yours when the last instalment is paid, or straight away if you pay in full. Until then we host it and licence it to you for your studio only.

Your content

You confirm you have the right to use any photos, logos and text you send us. We use them only to build and run your site.
